Keep your order reference and describe the affected part. A clear photo can help; do not email payment details. Stop using damaged equipment while you seek the correct next step.

The remedy depends on the issue, seller and applicable purchase terms. This page does not add a separate lifetime or performance warranty. Read the faulty-goods and conformity information in the return policy.
