Arriving at camp feels better when the water setup already has a place in the plan. Think about capacity, source water, treatment, and where the clean water will go.
Start With Storage.
A 6L foldable reservoir gives you more carrying capacity for a group stop. Decide how much water the trip needs rather than treating a larger bag as a complete water plan.
The Reservoir Is One Piece.
The ALPINT MOUNTAIN gravity bag is a bag with an outlet and tube. It does not filter water by itself. For filtration, you’ll need a compatible filter and the correct connection setup.
Keep The Setup Clear.
- Confirm the filter, tubing, and connections fit before the trip.
- Check the filter manufacturer’s gravity-use instructions.
- Keep source-water and treated-water containers clearly separate.
- Protect clean outlets and drinking surfaces from dirt.
- Choose a safe, stable hanging point and protect the bag from sharp surfaces.
Try Your Setup Before You Leave.
Check for leaks and confirm the process with the supplied instructions at home. The first campsite of a trip is a poor place to discover you’re missing a connection.
Compare the straw, bottle, and reservoir, or read the water-treatment field note.
